WikiTalk has been enhanced to include a ';' binary operator that can be used to string together a sequence of expressions. See WikiTalkExpressionChain for more info.
The format of WikiTalk parsing and runtime error messages has been really, really improved to include line and column numbers as well as the name of functions containing errors.
A caching bug was fixed that would cause topics that use the With property to include code from other topics to overagressively cache (cached data wouldn't get flushed when the included topic changed).
Added the ability to shut off (on a site-wide basis) the automatic fixup of topics that reference a renamed topic. See WebConfiguration for info about the option to use in the web.config file.
There used to be a feature that sent mail to a namespace owner/requestor when it was created. That got lost and it's now beed added back.
FlexWiki should support easy linking to topics that have just one word. And now it does as of build 1704.

It was possible when creating a namespace to write over an existing one. Now it isn't (and the UI tells you that it already exists).
